Web2 application 1: Quizlet
Quizlet allows users to make flashcards either for personal use or allows users to upload flashcards as a group to compile more. Once the flashcards are created there are seven different ways to view them so the user can study in the manner they like. This application will contrubute to the goals of the class for learning all the different people, places, or murder details presented on the test. The tests all include an identification section where the student is asked to identift 10 out of 15 choices of persons, events, or places. Quizlet will help students learn such things in a good manner.
Web2 application 2: Bussy Lissy
Bussy Lissy is a simple project management tool. All the messages, texts, and files are kept in one place. The class could create a group and upload their notes through this application like the girl I interviewed requested. This application would be a very simple way to share the notes taken in class and discuss any questions students have.
Web2 application 3: Engrade
Engrade would serve as an application where students would be able to log in and view all their grades for the course, something a student requested.
Web2 application 4: Picturepush
Picturepush is an application for uploading pictures and movies files to share with others. This would contribute to the class goals and website because students have to view different movies on Jack the Ripper that are not able to be rented at most movie rental stores. If the movie was able to be uploaded onto this website, students could log in and view the videos needed for papers.
Web2 application 5: Neat Chat
Neat Chat would serve as a forum for students. If any of them had questions or needed help in anything, they could log in and post their question and have another student answer it instead of emailing the professor.
I feel like these 5 applications will help contribute to successfully fulfulling the class goals and make the website helpful to the students in the class
